Project Manager (Agency – Healthcare/Pharma)We’re a creatively driven agency seeking a Project Manager who can bring structure, accountability, and momentum to complex marketing initiatives within the healthcare and pharmaceutical space. This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a highly regulated environment and is experienced in navigating the nuances of pharma marketing.Position Summary In this role, you will lead the day-to-day execution of integrated marketing projects, partnering with internal teams, client stakeholders, and external vendors. You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with industry standards—balancing timelines, budgets, and quality at every stage.The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple workstreams while maintaining strict adherence to regulatory and review processes.What You’ll DoCreate and manage comprehensive project plans, outlining timelines, milestones, and dependenciesCoordinate across cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of deliverablesOversee scope, resourcing, and budgets, making adjustments to keep projects aligned with expectationsAnticipate risks, identify potential delays, and implement solutions to maintain progressLead status meetings and provide clear, timely updates to both internal and client stakeholdersMaintain detailed project documentation, including timelines, estimates, and status reportingTrack project financials and support ongoing forecasting and budget managementEnsure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with strategic objectives and regulatory requirementsBuild strong relationships with internal teams and client partners to support smooth collaborationManage logistics for initiatives involving external production (e.g., events, webinars, video/content shoots)Coordinate with vendors and partners for both digital and offline deliverablesWhat You BringBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience4+ years of project management experience within a pharmaceutical or healthcare advertising agency (required)Strong understanding of medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) review processes and compliance requirementsExperience managing multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, and experiential formatsExceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong communication and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working with remote or distributed teamsProficiency in project management tools (e.g., Smartsheet or similar platforms)Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Familiarity with collaboration tools (e.g., Basecamp or similar); experience with additional platforms is a plus
