Assembler (Seasonal)$17.25 an hour Hours: Mon-Fri 7:00 am - 3:30 pmExcellent working conditions - Clean, air-conditioned environmentResponsibilitiesAssemble fabricated parts - small subassemblies and/or complete units. Fastens parts together with bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other fasteners using appropriate tools.Prepare work to be accomplished by studying assembly instructions and parts lists; gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials to assemble fans. Uses hand tools and small power tools to assemble units. Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures and rules.Inspect/verify assembled units to comply with Pinnacle’s quality standards and ensure the product is ready to ship to the customer.Reports quality issues and errors in the production line; and informs the supervisor of any shortages in parts or hardwareContribute to team effort by filling in as needed to complete tasks.Works under immediate supervision. Qualifications and SkillsPrevious assembly experience helpfulAble to follow written and verbal work instructions.Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds. Customer oriented and works well with teams.Excellent AttendanceMechanical aptitude a plusDetail orientatedWork is repetitive in natureWhy Join UsOur brands, both young and mature, now have 75 years of experience to draw upon as they optimize manufacturing efficiency, perfect distribution, and lead the industry.
