Payroll Specialist in Stryker, Ohio

Our growing firm is looking for a Full Time Payroll Processor to join our team. Our local office is in Stryker, Ohio (Northwest Ohio). Working from our Stryker office is required. Local applicants only please.Are you detailed oriented? Do you have 3+ years of experience processing payroll (specifically within Ohio and/or other states as well), preparing quarterly returns and paying payroll taxes? Must have good computer skills and able to learn new programs.Job Duties:Process Payroll (Cyberpay Payroll Program) on our team for over 75 companiesEmployee & Employer Updates as NeededSetup new companies for processingMonitor payroll tax rate changes, update systemCross train as backup to Tax ManagerOpen and close new payroll tax accounts, as neededReconciliations - taxes, returns, benefits, etc.Workers Compensation Reports and payments for multiple companies, including DFSP requirementsOSHA reporting as neededEEOC reportingFiling and other office dutiesFamiliarity with Ohio Business Gateway / Ohio E-Tax preferred but not requiredAre you looking to be a part of a great team that cares about you and makes a difference in the day-to-day operations of hundreds of businesses?!
