Regional Sales Director (West)
Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Director will use their expertise in medical aesthetics laser sales and spearhead our revenue growth and team development. You will lead through change, achieving ambitious sales targets, and building a culture of excellence and accountability.The ideal candidate is based on the West Coast - Los Angeles, San Diego, San Francisco, etc.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead the Capital Sales teams to achievement sales targets by crafting and implementing strategic plans that reflect our agility in the face of market dynamics.Recruit/hire, mentor, and retain top talent, ensuring our team reflects Cutera's core values and commitment to continuous growth.Leverage data-driven insights to optimize sales performance, keeping the team focused and accountable and highly developed and ethical sales skills.Foster enduring relationships with key stakeholders, enhancing our market presence and uncovering new opportunities.Serve as a catalyst for cross-functional collaboration, ensuring seamless product launches and promotional activities.Embody and promote a culture of resilience, proactive adaptation, and constructive conflict resolution.Other duties as needed or required.QualificationsMinimum Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related.5+ years of proven leadership experience in laser sales effectively leading your team to meet or exceed revenue goals on consistently.Excellent communicator and relationship builder, willing to travel and proficient in CRM and Microsoft Office.Analytical thinker with strong problem*solving skills, able to lead by example in pursuing continuous personal and team growth.Experience with Salesforce.com or similar system preferredExtensive knowledge of aesthetic market, specifically related to defined geographic marketExcellent negotiation and closing skillsDocumented history of achievement in leadership role
