You’ll be immersed in the therapeutic milieu working side-by-side with psychiatrists, nurses, and fellow clinicians, building rapport in real time and shaping treatment as it unfolds. If you’re energized by hands-on clinical work and collaborative care, this role offers both purpose and professional growth.Pay Scale: $92,000 - $115K Sign-on bonus: $10,000Schedule Note: This is a full-time, in-person position that includes one weekend day as part of your regular schedule.🧠 What You’ll DoProvide weekly individual, family, and group therapy using DBT, CBT, ACT, and trauma-focused approachesEngage directly in the milieu, modeling interventions and reinforcing therapeutic skills in real timeConduct comprehensive biopsychosocial and risk assessmentsDevelop and update individualized treatment plansParticipate in daily and weekly multidisciplinary team meetingsMaintain timely and accurate clinical documentationJoin a rotating on-call schedule and provide crisis support as needed🎯 What We’re Looking ForRequired:Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or Marriage & Family TherapyActive California license: LMFT, LPCC, LCSW, PhD, or PsyD2+ years of experience in residential treatment, inpatient behavioral health, or other high-acuity settingsExperience working with adolescents in mental health and/or substance use treatmentStrong foundation in trauma-informed care and evidence-based modalities💛 Why You’ll Love It HereMeaningful, mission-driven work supporting teens and families during pivotal momentsCollaborative, multidisciplinary treatment teamFull benefits package including:Medical, Dental & Vision401(k) with employer matchGenerous PTOFSA & EAP
