What You’ll Do Conduct patient consultations, exams, and diagnostic evaluations Diagnose and treat spinal and neuromusculoskeletal conditions Perform safe, effective manual chiropractic adjustments Educate patients on treatment plans, posture, wellness, and preventative care Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Rotate between Boulder and Longmont clinic locations as needed What We’re Looking For Patient-first provider with strong communication and interpersonal skills Passion for evidence-based care and long-term patient outcomes Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative clinical environment Reliable, flexible, and comfortable working across multiple locations Qualifications Doctor of Chiropractic from a CCE-accredited program NBCE Parts I through IV completed (SPEC accepted in lieu of Part IV) Active, unrestricted Colorado chiropractic license Eligible for malpractice coverage in Colorado Ability to commute to or relocate to the Boulder and Longmont area Compensation & Benefits $83,200 to $87,500 base pay ($320 to $336 per day, based on experience) Monthly performance bonuses tied to quality care and outcomes Paid time off and employee service discounts Relocation assistance available, if needed Supportive, team-focused culture with mentorship and clear career growth opportunities Position Details Title: Chiropractor Locations: Boulder and Longmont, CO Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift, On-Site Compensation: $83,200 to $87,500 base plus monthly performance bonuses If you’re ready to serve your community, grow your career, and deliver exceptional patient care, we’d love to connect.
