Property Manager

Gardant Management Solutions is opening a brand-new independent living community in the Lafayette Indiana area. Seeking a Property Manager to start up, sell and manage the new independent living community.Responsibilities:Build relationships with prospective residents and their families by cultivating leads and providing consistent follow-up throughout the decision-making processDevelops and maintains effective marketing materials, partnering with the Gardant support team to assess market positioning and develop targeted strategiesCoordinates implementation of paid advertising strategies, including print, radio, and other media, to increase visibility and reachMaintains accurate records of all leads, follow-up activities, and sales effortsCollaborates with the Regional Director of Operations to plan and organize special events and marketing initiatives to engage both prospective and current residentsProvides regular sales and marketing updates to the Regional Director of Operations to support data-driven decision-makingWelcomes prospective residents and their families by conducting informative Community tours with emphasis on core values of love, compassion, and dignityAssists residents and families with the rental application process, ensuring all documentation is complete and accurateGuides residents and families through the lease signing process for Independent Living, ensuring clarity, compliance, and confidentialityParticipates in the Manager on Duty (MOD) rotation on weekends and holidays to support campus operationsCoordinates move-in dates with the leadership team and ensures a welcoming transition for all residentsPrepares apartments for move-in, distributes keys, and provides a thorough orientation to the CommunityOversee the collection of rent payments and deposits, maintaining accuracy and timeliness in all financial transactionsManages the collection of past-due accounts and works with residents and families to resolve outstanding balancesEnsures timely and accurate billing for new move-ins, ongoing monthly fees, and dischargesCoordinates with relevant agencies to ensure all required annual inspections are completedSubmits monthly financial and accounts receivable reportsQualifications:Associate’s degree preferredValid Driver's License with driving record in good standing per insurance vendor requiredPrevious sales, marketing, or community outreach experience requiredSenior Living experience strongly preferredExceptional communication and interpersonal skillsStrong closing skillsAbility to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisionsBenefits:Unlimited growth opportunitiesMove In IncentivesMedical, dental, and vision benefit packages availableWork-life balance | Paid Time OffEAP & Maven family planning program401(k) employer match biweeklySelf-service payrollDaily pay options availableGardant Management Solutions proudly manages a growing portfolio of senior living, assisted living, and memory care communities across multiple states.
