Elevate Patient Financial Solutions has an exciting career opportunity available as an Operations Manager I. This position will be based in a hospital in Cincinnati, OH. The Full Time schedule for this role will be 8 AM-5 PM, Monday-Friday with flexibility as needed based on client needs.Job SummaryThis role serves as the face of Elevate PFS to our hospital clients on a day to day basis. The purpose of this position is to lead and manage all operational staff and client portfolios encompassing the assigned area within the division of the applicable service line(s). Ownership of staff and associate procedures, clients and associated relationships, and revenue and cost functions is crucial.
