Hours: Part-time | Flexible schedule (between 9 AM – 7 PM based on client needs)

Duties
Implement individualized behavior intervention plans based on principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA) to support clients with autism and other developmental disabilities.
Collect and record accurate data on client behaviors, progress, and response to interventions to inform ongoing treatment strategies.
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), such as grooming, dressing, feeding, and hygiene, fostering independence and confidence.
Support teaching sessions that enhance communication, social skills, and adaptive behaviors through engaging activities tailored to each client’s needs.
Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations by safeguarding client confidentiality during all interactions and documentation processes.
Prepare detailed medical documentation, including progress notes, care plans, and behavioral records, ensuring accuracy and completeness for medical records management.
Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to develop and update individualized care plans that reflect each client’s evolving needs.
Promote a safe environment by implementing behavior management strategies that reduce challenging behaviors and encourage positive alternatives.
Participate in ongoing training related to behavioral health, special education techniques, medical terminology, and ethical practices to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
About the Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll provide one-on-one support to children using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) strategies under the guidance of a BCBA. You’ll help teach communication, social, and daily living skills while making a real difference in your client’s life and their family’s journey.
What We’re Looking For
Active RBT credential through the BACB (required)
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
Compassionate, dependable, and eager to grow
