Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site Client Advisor position at CH Jewelers / TimeVallee in Arcadia, CA. The Client Advisor role focuses on building and strengthening client relationships, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a seamless shopping experience. Responsibilities include client engagement, hospitality, sales support, and effective communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.Job ResponsibilitiesAct as a primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and concerns with professionalism and empathyDevelop and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure satisfaction and loyalty through the use of CRM toolsProvide tailored product recommendations based on clients' requirementsAchieve monthly sales quota through repeat client business and development of new clientsIdentify innovative ways to grow and develop business by focusing on key product pillarsCollaborate with your co-workers to deliver a seamless and outstanding client experienceElevate in store experience by consistently delivering memorable moments to every client.Required QualificationsClient Relations and Customer Service skillsEffective Communication skillsExceptional hospitality skillsCustomer Satisfaction managementStrong interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentFlexibility to work non-traditional hours, including weekends, and holidaysBachelor's or Associate's degree or above requiredMust have authorization to work in the United StatesDesired QualificationsWorking proficiency in an additional language other than EnglishPrior experience in luxury retail, jewelry industry, or hospitalityKnowledge or qualifications in luxury watches, jewelry, and/ or hospitality servicesPay range and compensation packageThe offered pay rate will be based on the candidate’s relevant skills and experience.
