DescriptionIn this role, you will serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries, providing prompt and courteous communication through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions. Your goal will be to ensure client satisfaction by addressing concerns and assessing client issues to provide timely solutions.You will maintain accurate client records and document all interactions and transactions. Additionally, developing a thorough understanding of the company’s products and services will enable you to offer accurate information and recommendations to clients.You will play a key role in collecting client feedback to drive improvements in products, services, and overall customer experiences, sharing valuable insights with the team and management.Collaboration with other departments will be crucial to ensure a cohesive approach towards client satisfaction.
