As a CPC Processor Client Support Specialist, your primary focus will be to expertly manage release of information account issues with both internal and external customers, ensuring a high level of professionalism and customer service. In this role, you will: Engage in professional and friendly communication with clients over the phone, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times. Handle release of information-related inquiries efficiently and accurately, addressing calls, emails, and written correspondence. Thoroughly document all customer interactions, inquiries, and resolutions in our software systems. Adhere to established department and site-specific processes and procedures. Meet and maintain productivity and quality assurance expectations set by the department. Comply with company policies and procedures as communicated by management. Uphold confidentiality by securely managing all information encountered in your role. Foster strong professional relationships with co-workers and management. Communicate openly about any issues, incidents, or complaints with team members and management. Follow training and protocols provided, maintaining compliance with facility procedures. Attend mandatory employee training and in-service meetings as required. Maintain a reliable attendance record and arrive to work as scheduled. Perform additional duties as assigned. What You Will Bring:High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution. A friendly and professional communication style along with strong customer service skills. Experience with multi-line phone systems, and proficiency in MS Office at an intermediate to advanced level is preferred. Familiarity with data entry, medical records, healthcare, insurance claims processing, and document proofreading/editing is beneficial. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail while working efficiently. Ability to pass an annual HIPAA examination and complete a 90-day ROI Certification course with a score of 85% or higher. For the safety of our patients and staff, compliance with health screenings and vaccinations like the flu shot, Tdap, and COVID-19 is required post-offer. Exemptions will be considered on a case-by-case basis by the Human Resources department. This position offers a competitive hourly pay range of $15 to $18.32 USD, depending on location, responsibilities, skills, experience, and other role requirements.
