Program Integrator – Scheduler (Agile / JIRA)Program Planning & Delivery Support | Hiring Bonus EligibleWe are seeking a Program Integrator – Scheduler to support program execution and delivery planning within an Agile development environment. This role will work closely with product teams and program leadership to translate product roadmaps, sprint activities, and development milestones into structured program schedules.The ideal candidate has experience supporting Agile product development, managing schedules in JIRA, and coordinating across technical and program teams to maintain visibility into delivery timelines.Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Scheduling & Roadmap ManagementDevelop and maintain integrated program schedules aligned with product roadmaps and program milestones.Utilize JIRA Structure-Gantt Roadmaps to manage high-level program schedules and dependencies.Break down roadmap items into detailed milestones, sprint activities, and product deliverables.Agile CoordinationCoordinate with product owners, engineers, and program leadership to gather information required for JIRA tickets and schedule updates.Track sprint progress, deliverable timelines, and milestone dependencies.Identify and communicate potential schedule risks or delays.Program Execution SupportAssist program managers in maintaining alignment across cost, schedule, and performance baselines.Track key program milestones and development activities.Support program status reviews with schedule updates and roadmap reporting.Reporting & VisibilityPrepare roadmap summaries, milestone tracking reports, and schedule updates for leadership.Maintain schedule artifacts that support program decision-making and program health reporting.Required Qualifications8+ years of experience supporting program management, scheduling, financial management, or contract management in complex program environments.Experience supporting Agile development environments.Hands-on experience with JIRA and roadmap management tools.Experience developing and maintaining program schedules and milestone tracking.EducationBachelor's degree in a business or technical discipline.SubstitutionsPMP, CFCM, or DAWIA Level II certification plus additional experience may substitute for degree requirements.Preferred QualificationsExperience using JIRA Structure or Gantt-style roadmap toolsExperience supporting product development or DevSecOps teamsStrong MS Excel data analysis skills (pivot tables, charts, reporting)Why Join Us?Competitive compensationSign-on bonus opportunitiesHigh-impact program workCollaborative and growth-oriented environmentJob Posted by ApplicantPro
