# Experienced Full-Time Restaurant Team Member with Supervisor Shifts We’re hiring a dependable restaurant team member who is comfortable working different roles and helping wherever the shift needs them. This full-time position includes some scheduled supervisor shifts. ## What you’ll do - Work across different job codes, including cooking, prep, serving, and shift support - Follow through on assigned tasks and communicate when something needs attention - Help maintain ticket times, food quality, cleanliness, and guest service - Assist coworkers and lead by example during supervisor shifts - Keep learning, take feedback, and build your skills every day - Solve problems calmly and leave the restaurant better than you found it ## What we’re looking for - Several years of restaurant experience - Comfort working both front and back of house - Reliable attendance and a strong sense of ownership - Flexibility to work different roles as business needs change - Ability to finish assigned work while staying aware of the whole shift - Clear communication and a steady attitude under pressure - Weekday and weekend availability; evening and late-night availability preferred ## Pay and schedule - Full-time hours - Pay based on experience and responsibilities - A mix of team member and scheduled supervisor shifts - Opportunity to grow with the restaurant If you show up ready to work, follow through, and help the people around you succeed, apply here.
