We represent closely held companies, entrepreneurs, and wealthy families across Southern California in business litigation, real property disputes, and employment defense matters.The OpportunityWe are seeking a senior corporate attorney with significant transaction experience who is comfortable leading deals and advising business clients directly. This role is designed for a lawyer who enjoys taking a first-chair role on transactions and managing matters from strategy through closing.ResponsibilitiesLead and manage corporate and transactional mattersStructure and close mergers and acquisitionsDraft and negotiate principal transaction documentsCoordinate diligence and closing workstreamsAdvise clients on corporate governance and complianceDraft and negotiate complex commercial agreementsServe as primary legal advisor to business clientsCollaborate with attorneys and paralegals on transaction executionQualificationsAt least five years of corporate or transactional legal experienceCalifornia Bar admission in good standingNevada Bar admission is a plusSignificant experience leading transactions or serving as first chair on dealsStrong drafting and negotiation skillsExperience with middle-market M&A and closely held company governance preferredFamiliarity with multi-state or cross-border transactions is helpfulWork EnvironmentThis role is California-based and offers flexible work arrangements.Attorneys may work remotely from within California, with the option to work from our Corona, California office on a hybrid basis if preferred.Occasional in-person collaboration may occur for client meetings, strategy sessions, transaction signings, or other key deal milestones.The firm supports a flexible working environment that allows attorneys to manage their schedules while maintaining strong client service and team collaboration.Billable ExpectationsThe firm’s billable model averages approximately six billable hours per workday.Compensation and BenefitsBase salary ranges from $150,000 to $230,000 depending on experience.Associates are eligible for a monthly performance bonus once their average reaches six billable hours per workday for the month, with additional upside as billable averages increase.Benefits include:- 401(k) with employer matching- Medical, dental, and vision coverageApplyPlease apply through LinkedIn.
