Material Handler Lead

Job Description We're hiring a hands-on Material Handler Lead to keep materials moving, support the team, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.What You'll Do:Lead daily material handling activities and support production needsCoordinate team workflow to ensure on-time movement of materialsTroubleshoot material flow/process issuesTrain and support team members; help drive performanceAssist with hiring, coaching, and employee developmentIdentify and implement process improvementsMaintain a strong focus on safety, accuracy, and organizationWhat We're Looking For:3+ years in a Lead or Supervisory role (material handling/manufacturing)Strong mechanical/technical aptitudeForklift/material handling experienceTeam-oriented with solid communication skillsDetail-oriented in a fast-paced environmentExperience with Microsoft Office (Oracle is a plus)Willing to work overtime/weekends as neededAble to lift up to 40 lbsWhy Join:Key leadership role on the floorOpportunity to improve processes and make an impactStable manufacturing environment
