This role is all about strategy, leadership, and results—taking our properties to new heights and making sure our sales teams are crushing their goals.What You'll Be Doing (AKA Your Superpowers)Sales Leadership: You'll be the mastermind behind our regional sales strategy, driving revenue, boosting market share, and keeping us ahead of the competition.Relationship Guru: From corporate clients to travel agencies, you'll build and maintain strong partnerships that turn into long-term revenue streams.Revenue Rockstar: You’ll collaborate with revenue management to ensure we’re maximizing every dollar and optimizing pricing strategies.Team Builder & Motivator: Lead, mentor, and inspire sales teams across multiple hotels—because when they win, we all win!Trendsetter & Innovator: Stay ahead of industry trends, leverage technology, and craft creative sales strategies that make an impact.Collaboration King/Queen: Work hand-in-hand with marketing, operations, and revenue management to drive performance across the board.What We Need From YouA passion for hospitality, sales, and people!5+ years of hotel sales leadership experience (multi-property or regional preferred).A proven track record of smashing revenue targets.Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills (because people love working with you!).An analytical mind with a creative twist—you love data but also think outside the box and create positive disruption in any new market you enter.Experience with Delphi, hotel sales analytics, and digital marketing tools.
