As a key member of the founding team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable software architecture, developing APIs, improving system performance, and contributing to the company's long-term technical strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define requirements, build innovative solutions, and ensure seamless workflow integration with clients. Your contributions will directly impact the growth and success of our platform.QualificationsDegree in Computer Science or a related technical field.Demonstrated AI engineering ability through work experience, internships, startup projects, open-source work, or strong personal projects.Understand how to develop robust AI systems with evals and other techniquesExperience with AI engineering, LLM applications, automation, data workflows, or AI-assisted software development.Familiarity with tools like Codex, Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar AI coding assistants.Strong coding fundamentals and ability to understand, test, debug, and improve generated code.Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable operating in an early-stage startup environment where priorities move quickly and ownership matters.
