The QA Tester will be responsible for ensuring that all configurations, features, and integrations meet quality standards through comprehensive testing activities.This is a remote position, but candidates must be generally available from 9:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce applicationsPerform functional, regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)Validate declarative Salesforce configurations, reports, and Experience Cloud componentsLog, track, and retest defects using tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or similarCollaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to ensure requirement traceability and thorough test coverageParticipate in sprint ceremonies including planning, reviews, and retrospectivesPerform data validation and assist with test data setup for various test environmentsProvide input into QA process improvements and contribute to automation initiatives, where applicablePrepare testing documentation and test result summaries in accordance with client and internal standardsEnsure all solutions are compliant with accessibility and 508 requirements, where applicableRequired QualificationsU.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract requirementsMust be eligible to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearanceCandidate must reside in the U.S., be authorized to work in the U.S., and all work must be performed in the U.S.Must reside in the DC, Maryland, or Virginia (DMV) area3+ years of QA experience, including at least 1 year testing Salesforce applicationsUnderstanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, including standard and custom objects, Flows, and Lightning componentsExperience testing in Agile or hybrid Agile environmentsExcellent attention to detail and strong analytical and communication skillsFamiliarity with QA best practices, bug tracking systems, and test management toolsPreferred QualificationsExperience testing Salesforce Experience Cloud or OmniStudio componentsFamiliarity with automated testing tools (e.g., Selenium, Provar, TestComplete)Salesforce certifications such as Administrator or Platform App BuilderExperience supporting federal clients or working on public sector projectsWorking knowledge of accessibility (Section 508) testingFlexible work from home options available.#J-18808-Ljbffr
