QSR/Retail - Superintendent

QSR/Retail - Superintendent Supervise and manage construction activities on-site to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to meet project specifications and deadlines. Monitor safety protocols and ensure compliance with all regulations and guidelines. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are maintained. Communicate project updates and progress to stakeholders and management. Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts promptly and efficiently. Maintain accurate project documentation and reports. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures throughout the construction process.
