With a variety of shifts available, including day, evening, and night hours, you can customize your schedule to fit your lifestyle while gaining valuable experience in a well-equipped facility.Required Skills:Valid medical license to practice in Arkansas.Proven experience in Emergency Medicine, with proficiency in procedures such as reductions, cardioversions, moderate sedation, lacerations, chest tubes, intubations, central lines, trauma management, and EKG interpretation.Ability to work efficiently at a pace of approximately 1.8 patients per hour.Strong teamwork and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary support staff.Proficiency with EPIC EMR and Dragon dictation systems.Nice to Have Skills:Additional certifications in Trauma, ACLS, and PALS.Prior experience in a Level 2 trauma or regional cardiac center.Experience working within multidisciplinary teams covering General Surgery, GI, Neurology, Neurosurgery, Peds, OB/GYN, Nephrology, Cardiology, and Urology.Preferred Education and Experience:MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.Board-certified or board-eligible in Emergency Medicine.Minimum of 2-3 years of emergency department experience preferred.Other Requirements:Availability for scheduled shifts, including daytime, evening, and overnight hours.Ability to travel to and from the Hot Springs facility.Familiarity with EPIC EMR and proficiency in medical documentation.Current certifications in ACLS and PALS.Clean malpractice history and compliance with all licensure and credentialing requirements.Hourly Pay Rate: Tier 1: $400/hour and below; Tier 2: $401-$410/hourBenefits include competitive pay packages, weekly pay via direct deposit, comprehensive medical coverage (W-2), a robust referral bonus program, 24/7 dedicated support team, paid sick leave in accordance with applicable laws, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and more.This is an outstanding opportunity to contribute to a community-oriented healthcare setting while enjoying excellent support and resources.
