This role combines hands-on coding, technical leadership, and team management to build scalable and reliable solutions aligned with business goals.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end application development (design, development, testing, deployment)Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applicationsWrite clean, maintainable, and efficient codeReview code and enforce development standards and best practicesCollaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define requirementsMentor and guide developers; manage technical deliverablesTroubleshoot complex issues and optimize application performanceEnsure integration with databases, APIs, and third-party servicesDrive adoption of modern development practices (CI/CD, Agile, DevOps)Maintain technical documentation and system architecture diagramsRequired Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field8–12 years of experience in software developmentStrong proficiency in one or more programming languages (Java, .NET, Python, JavaScript, etc.)Experience with modern frameworks (Spring Boot, .NET Core, React, Angular, etc.)Solid understanding of system design, design patterns, and architecture principlesExperience with RESTful APIs, microservices, and distributed systemsFamiliarity with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)Strong debugging, problem-solving, and leadership skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience leading development teams or large-scale projectsFamiliarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD pipelinesExposure to security best practices in application developmentExperience with Agile/Scrum methodologiesKey TraitsStrong leadership with hands-on technical expertiseExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsAbility to balance technical depth with delivery timelinesProactive and solution-oriented mindset
