A globally prominent and highly reputable industrial manufacturing organization is seeking to hire a senior-level Program Manager within a complex manufacturing environment. Reporting to GM/Site Director, this individual will be responsible for driving the successful launch of new products, managing engineering resources, and ensuring alignment to customer requirements, cost targets, and production readiness. The Engineering Manager will partner closely with Operations, Program Management, and Commercial teams to deliver new programs on time, within budget, and in support of broader business objectives.Primary Responsibilities:Lead the NPI Engineering function, ensuring successful execution of new product launches aligned to timeline, cost, and performance targetsDirect, develop, and mentor a team of engineers, fostering a high-performance, accountable, and growth-oriented culturePartner with customers and internal stakeholders to advance technical capabilities and ensure alignment with design, quality, and manufacturability requirementsDrive accurate cost estimation and quoting activities, including material, labor, and scrap assumptions for new programsOversee the transition of new products into production, including run-at-rate analysis, process validation, and readiness for full-scale manufacturingLead continuous improvement initiatives focused on yield, cost reduction, and process optimization across new and existing productsCoordinate cross-functional efforts with Operations, Program Management, and Engineering teams to ensure seamless execution of NPI programsRequired Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Materials, Manufacturing, or related) from an accredited institution7+ years of engineering experience within a manufacturing environment, including new product introduction or product launch experienceStrong project management, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilitiesU.S. person status required (citizen or permanent resident).Our client offers an extremely competitive portfolio of insurance and retirement benefits along with an energetic, performance-based culture and other attractive perks.
