Program Operations ManagerContract Through the end of 2026 with possible extension Fully Remote must work EST hoursKey ResponsibilitiesSensei Program Enablement & SupportServe as the primary point of contact for Sensei trainers, delivering timely support, guidance, and resourcesMaintain a centralized FAQ and support structure to ensure clarity on where to go for helpEnable trainers (who operate in this role in a part time capacity) to effectively deliver and scale the program across R&DDrive ongoing engagement with trainers and team leads to ensure strong adoption and alignmentContent & Program GovernanceOwn and manage version control across all Sensei program materials, ensuring a single source of truthOrganize and maintain SharePoint and other content repositories for ease of access and usabilityContinuously refine and structure content to improve clarity, consistency, and scalabilityProgram Execution & CoordinationPlan and coordinate key meetings, trainings, and program touchpoints, including agendas, pre-work, and follow-upsEnsure sessions are well-run, structured, and value-drivenSupport program scalability while minimizing operational complexity and reworkQualificationsBachelor’s degree requiredPrior experience within pharmaceutical or life sciences environmentsBackground in R&DExperience supporting or operating within training, enablement, or program operations modelsFamiliarity with tools such as SharePoint and CRM systemsExperience working in cross-functional, matrixed organizations
