Job DetailsDescriptionCompensation: Monthly Rent Credit $624.00Schedule: Hours per Month 48Must be able to live on-site.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for maintaining the physical appearance of the building and grounds as assigned by management. May include some building maintenance.Responsible for courteous, efficient customer service conduct at all times.Handle resident issues efficiently and effectively while maintaining Bader’s standard of professionalism.Light cleaning duties may be required in absence of caretaker/cleaning company.Thorough knowledge of company policies and procedures and community policies. Responsible for reporting any unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the residents or the property. Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment owned by the property and/or the management company. Responsible for operating within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.Comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.Other duties as assigned
