Internship Program Overview The Justrite Safety Group Summer Internship Program is a high-impact, project-based experience designed to develop the next generation of leaders in industrial safety manufacturing. Interns are not observers...they are key contributors. Each intern is assigned a capstone project tied to real business priorities and works closely with experienced leaders, high-potential mentors, and cross-functional teams. This program is intentionally designed to: Deliver measurable business impact Provide exposure to industrial manufacturing and safety solutions Develop professional and leadership skills Create a pipeline into future full-time and leadership development opportunities at Justrite Safety Group Top-performing interns may be considered for full-time roles or future leadership development programs upon graduation. Position Summary The Digital Sales Intern will support the team through a structured capstone project aligned to key business needs. This role offers hands-on experience in an industrial safety manufacturing environment, exposure to real-world challenges, and the opportunity to present findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
