Remote - Inpatient Coder

Overview In this role, you will review emergency department records to assign ICD-10-CM diagnoses, CPT/HCPCS procedures, and modifiers. You will determine facility E/M levels using client-specific guidelines and ACEP tools, ensuring accurate charge capture and compliance. You’ll analyze documentation for complete code assignment, stay current with regulatory changes, and support audits and process improvements. This position emphasizes precision in a fast-paced healthcare setting and offers remote collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.
