Dishwasher/Busser

**Job Summary:** We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Dishwasher/Busser to join our hospitality team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, supporting our culinary team during busy periods, and ensuring exceptional service to our guests. **Duties:** - Clean and sanitize all dishes, utensils, and equipment in the kitchen, including the dishwasher, pots, pans, and floors. - Maintain the cleanliness of the dining area and kitchen by clearing tables, sweeping and mopping the floor, and taking out the trash. - Support the culinary team by preparing food, bussing tables, and assisting with food presentation. - Handle food and supplies with care, adhering to proper food handling and storage practices. - Participate in the setup and breakdown of banquets and special events, including setting up tables, chairs, and linens. - Provide exceptional hospitality to guests by being attentive, friendly, and courteous. - Assist with restocking supplies, including plates, cups, and utensils. - Help with food preparation, including chopping vegetables, marinating meats, and assembling salads. - Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards colleagues and guests, and contribute to a clean and organized kitchen environment. **Requirements:** - Previous experience in a restaurant, hotel, or culinary setting. - Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean and organized work environment. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced kitchen environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team. - Familiarity with food preparation and handling practices. - Ability to lift heavy objects, bend, and stand for long periods of time. - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends. - A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. **Skills:** - Bussing - Restaurant - Food preparation - Hospitality - Kitchen - Banquet - Food handling - Hotel - Culinary - Help Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $15.00 per hour Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week Benefits: Employee discount Flexible schedule Physical Setting: Casual dining restaurant Shift: 8 hour shift Evening shift Ability to Commute: Strong City, KS 66869 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Strong City, KS 66869: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
