AR Specialist

Job Description ALL Dimensions Search Group is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist. The AR Specialist will report directly to the Accounts Receivable Manager and support the AR Department. This position will perform all aspects of the A/R process, including invoicing, cash applications, customer service and various reporting. Recent College Grads welcome to apply!Some additional responsibilities include:Maintains and archives support for all A/R transactionsDevelops and organizes record-keeping system to handle all audit requestsKeeps accurate customer and contract informationProcesses invoicing and all daily receipts of paymentSets up necessary coding for new itemsProvides assistance with researching and solving payment discrepanciesHandles incoming calls and callbacks to customer inquiriesProvides assistance with scanning and other clerical functions for General Ledger and Accounts Payable accountingQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, or equivalent work experienceMinimum of 1 year of Accounts Receivable, Invoicing, and/or Cash Applications experienceStrong knowledge of MS ExcelAccurate data entry and documentation skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven work environmentTeam player with strong work ethic and desire to learn new tasksBilingual in Spanish is a plusCompany DescriptionALL Dimensions Search Group, Inc. is a Kansas City based, locally owned, full service provider of recruiting and placement services.
