Overview In this role you lead the MARS IE team to set technical direction and drive continuous improvement across the machine shop, additive, rack, and system level operations. You will champion automation and efficiency initiatives that enhance safety, quality, cost, and delivery within the value stream. You’ll optimize factory layout, line balance, and capacity to support ramping production and cross-functional programs.
