What we ask in return is your reliability, professionalism, quality work, and customer care. Essential Functions and ResponsibilitiesSweep, mop, and/or sweep floors of hard surfaces and carpets. Clean work surfaces, other furniture, and horizontal and vertical surfaces. Clean walls, doors, wall decorations, baseboards, etc. Clean bathrooms, including toilets, urinals, partitions, sinks, counters, mirrors, floors, and walls. Replenish supplies in bathrooms, break rooms, and kitchens. Clean entrance and other interior glass. Remove trash from containers and replace broken or dirty bags. Report building and equipment maintenance issues to the supervisor. Arrive on time to work (client location), perform services according to established standards, and ensure that the client's facilities are locked and secured when you finish and leave. Respond positively and promptly to client work orders. Comply with all safety policies and procedures related to task performance, use of products or supplies, and reporting incidents. SkillsDetail-oriented: pay attention to details in each client location, paying special attention to special requests. Friendly and Professional: able to deal with clients when on-site while cleaning. Teamwork: ability to work in a team where members depend on each other to complete the work. Efficient: ability to find the best and fastest way to do the work without compromising quality. Education, Certifications, and/or ExperienceHigh school diploma preferred, but not required. Any type of cleaning experience required. Language SkillsAbility to speak and write English or Spanish fluently and convey information between the team, clients, and office staff. Work EnvironmentPhysical demands include walking and standing, climbing, bending, kneeling, pushing, and pulling objects, lifting and moving objects, repetitive bending and lifting, and repetitive arm movements.
