RN Hospice Crisis Care - Nights
Trustbridge Hospice, part of Empath Health, is seeking a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide Continuous Care overnight visits for patients and families in Palm Beach County. This role is ideal for an RN who thrives in one-on-one patient care and finds purpose in delivering comfort, dignity, and peace during life's most vulnerable moments. Your shift would be: 7pm - 7:30am and every other weekend.Since 1978, Trustbridge Hospice has been honored to serve families across Palm Beach and Broward counties with compassionate, community-based care.
