Lead Toddler Teacher

Job Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in childhood development and a genuine love for working with young children. This role involves creating a nurturing and stimulating environment that promotes learning and growth for preschool-aged children. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for developing lesson plans, engaging students in educational activities, and fostering social and emotional development. Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Create a safe, inclusive, and welcoming classroom environment for all students, including those with disabilities. Engage children in hands-on learning experiences that promote curiosity and exploration. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to parents and guardians as needed. Foster social skills through group activities, encouraging cooperation and teamwork among students. Maintain open communication with parents regarding their child's development and classroom activities. Collaborate with other educators and staff to create a cohesive educational experience. Ensure the classroom is clean, organized, and conducive to learning at all times. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field preferred; relevant experience will also be considered. Experience working with preschool-aged children in a daycare or educational setting is highly desirable. Knowledge of childhood development principles and best practices in early education. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being able to take initiative independently. Experience working with children with disabilities is a plus. Previous experience in infant care or nannying is beneficial but not required.
