NTN has an immediate opening for a Catalog Analyst in our Farmington Hills, MI office.ResponsibilitiesDevelop, refine & deliver electronic product information data for Automotive Aftermarket product lines & categories including product images.Acquire, develop & deliver product data for current product lines to established receivers, ecommerce sites & customers.Manage product data deficiency & identify gaps in content coverage and recommend improvements.Perform on-going analysis of product data to ensure accuracy, relevancy and completeness.Gather, compile and analyze product specification & attribute data from various internal information sources.Perform job responsibilities to meet or exceed department metrics.Support field sales in preparing market & customer focused deliverables in electronic formats.Participate in annual line reviews for wheel hub & other NTN categories.Develop and deliver industry standard ACES & PIES data to receiver groups & customers.RequirementsMinimum 2 years automotive aftermarket catalog, product (parts) or category information data configuration experience. Successful candidate will possess 2-year degree in business, communications, or marketing or equivalent college & work experience. Strong process management and problem-solving skills. Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet assigned deadlines. Technical experience is desired, as is an understanding of catalog database systems and online data supply channels. Excellent interpersonal, written and presentation skills required. Previously demonstrated creative problem-solving capabilities a plus. Strong proficiency with Excel, Word & Power Point.Strong ability to organize, communicate and present ideas.Working knowledge of aftermarket catalog database systems, a plus.
