Based in Bixby, OK, the position allows for some work-from-home flexibility. The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, creating a positive classroom environment, developing curriculum that meets academic standards, and fostering the growth and development of elementary-aged students. Additional duties include assessing student progress, maintaining open communication with parents, and participating in school activities or meetings.Hybrid ScheduleCampus days: Tuesday & ThursdaySatellite days (remote): Monday, Wednesday & Friday (1 hr. remote of clerical work)QualificationsExperience with Elementary Education, Teaching, and Curriculum DevelopmentStrong Communication and interpersonal skillsEducational background with a degree in Education or related fieldCertification in teaching for elementary education (required)Ability to foster an engaging classroom environmentProficiency in technology tools for hybrid teachingPrevious teaching experience is preferred but not required
