The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, the ability to diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues, and experience working on multiple makes and models of diesel trucks and equipment.This is not an entry-level position we need someone who can think critically, work independently, and efficiently identify problems to keep equipment running and minimize downtime.Responsibilities:Diagnose and repair diesel engines, electrical systems, aftertreatment systems, hydraulics, and drivability issuesPerform advanced troubleshooting using diagnostic software and scan toolsWork on a wide variety of equipment including heavy-duty trucks, trailers, machinery, and small enginesComplete repairs accurately and efficientlyPerform preventative maintenance and inspectionsDocument findings and repairs clearly on work ordersMaintain a clean and safe work environmentQualifications:Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting experience requiredKnowledge of diesel engine systems, electrical systems, emissions systems, and computer diagnosticsExperience with multiple makes and models preferredAbility to work independently and manage workload effectivelyOwn tools preferredValid xhyhwjd drivers license in good standing requiredCDL is a plus but not requiredWhat We Offer:Full host of benefits (health insurance, 401k Matching, Paid Time Off and more)Hourly pay with commission bonus monthly and yearly.Overtime opportunitiesFull-time, stable employmentAdvancement opportunitiesSupportive and hardworking team environmentWe are looking for a technician who takes pride in their work, works hard every day, and has the knowledge and drive to solve problems the right way.
