This role offers the opportunity to grow alongside the firm andwork on innovative, thesis-driven investments shaping the future of the technology anddigital infrastructure industry.What You’ll DoAs an Investment Associate, you’ll play a pivotal role in:Developing financial models and structuring creative credit solutions to support high-growth businesses.Collaborating with senior team members to evaluate opportunities and drive execution across deals.Actively participating in portfolio management, including performance monitoring and engagement with portfolio companies.Leveraging your expertise to shape investments in data centers, networks, cloud services, and enterprise software.What We’re Looking ForEducation: A Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field is required.Experience: 2-4 years in direct lending or private credit; leveraged finance experience is also valuable.Exposure: Exposure to technology and digital infrastructure sectors and familiarity with underwriting and managing credit investments, including senior secured loans, unitranche financing, and mezzanine debt.Skills: Exceptional financial modeling, analytical capabilities, and a strong sense of execution under tight deadlines.Mindset: A thesis-driven thinker with a collaborative, entrepreneurial spirit and a proven ability to transform ambiguity into opportunity.
