Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Billboard Installer based in Wilmington, NC. The Billboard Installer will be responsible for safely installing and maintaining billboard signs, which may include tasks such as working at heights, heavy lifting, organizing signage materials, and ensuring precise placement. Effective communication and adherence to Lamar’s quality and safety standards are essential for success in this role. Qualifications Ability to work at heights with safety protocols and familiarity with working on outdoor structuresPhysical capability for heavy lifting and handling installation toolsStrong organization skills to manage materials and adhere to installation schedulesKnowledge of signage and installation proceduresExcellent communication and ability to work collaboratively with a teamWillingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious experience in outdoor advertisement installation or a related field is a plus
