Technician, Surface Maintenance

This job was posted by https://www.azjobconnection.gov : For moreinformation, please see: https://www.azjobconnection.gov/jobs/7462202**ABOUT THE ROLE**The Surface Maintenance Technician will conduct all preventativemaintenance and reactive repairs on wastewater equipment and generalsite maintenance to include Trouble shooting, pumps, valves, piping,electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, mechanical, and any other equipmentwith the site, while following all site Health, Safety, Security, andEnvironmental requirements and standards.This role will be based at themine location near Patagonia, AZOther Key Responsibilities Include, But Arent Limited To Demonstrated exceptional commitment to safety and health; follow allsite Health, Safety, and Environmental requirements and standards. Comply with regulations and ensure all work is performed to industrystandards. Complete all maintenance without any safety or environmentalincidents, within scope, on schedule, on budget and meeting allstandards and statutory requirements. Complete formal and daily reporting in a timely manner and maintainregular, informal communication with all stakeholders. Document maintenance activities, inspections, and issues, ensuringall maintenance activities are documented through work orders andfiled accordingly. Foster a positive and effective working relationship within theMaintenance team as well as with other departments across the site.Maintain good working relationships with external suppliers andcontractors. Perform fixed plant process maintenance and small mobile maintenanceactivities in accordance with the site schedule, to include bothpreventive and unscheduled maintenance. Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, work orders,operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.Refer to parts manuals/books to make necessary repairs. Understand and comply with all Site Standard Operating Proceduresand applicable safety and health requirements. Adhere to the established Planned Maintenance (PM) schedule and anyunscheduled maintenance.\Other duties as assigned.
