Field Service Solutions TechnicianFull-Time · Hybrid — Louisville, CO · Travel RequiredAbout the roleThis isn't your average break-fix tech role. As a Field Service Solutions Technician, you'll own a portfolio of customer accounts — serving as their go-to technical resource for issue resolution, hands-on training, and maximizing the value of their equipment. You'll partner with Site Reliability Engineers, feed insights back to engineering teams, and help build the knowledge base that keeps operations running smoothly.What you'll doDeliver remote and onsite support and equipment repairs with a customer-first mindsetOwn a portfolio of customer accounts — tracking performance and proactively managing riskTrain customers on routine maintenance, self-diagnosis, and common repairsPartner with Site Reliability Engineers to identify high-risk areas and build mitigation plansDocument and report recurring service issues and hardware failures to close the engineering feedback loopManage the handoff from installation to ongoing service, including take-over-certificate reviewMaintain and expand internal/external service documentation — videos, written guides, and knowledge base articlesProcess customer warranty claims via SalesforceTrack billable hours accurately through internal systemsMentor and onboard newer members of the service teamRequired qualifications3–5+ years of hands-on field service experience, both onsite and remoteStrong background in technical hardware, field engineering, or field technician workExperience with industrial controls — valves, sensors, actuators, and control systemsProficiency with common field tools (tap/die sets, impact drills, grinders, multi-meter, etc.)Ability to travel on short notice to customer sitesStrong communicator across all levels of an organizationAnalytical mindset — able to use data to drive better outcomes, not just report itAble to lift up to 45 lbs and work in physically demanding conditions (heat, dust, confined spaces)Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
