Select the proper applications for different types of voltages (i.e. 24, 120,240,480,600,12,800 61kvElectrician Tools – use hand, electric, pneumatic and hydraulic tools in a safe manner.P&ID /Blue Print Reading – Correctly reads and understands plans, isometrics, arrangement drawings, details, specifications, erection manuals and/or blue prints and makes competent decisions based on measurable criteria.Working knowledge of National Electric CodeHave sound knowledge of, understand and use Lock-out tag-out proceduresIdentify conduit and hardwareMeasure, cut and thread conduitPull cable and wire conduitIdentify cable tray and hardwareFabricate and install hangars and bracketsMount junction boxesFigure, cut and install cable tray with offsetsPerform cad weld grindingFigure offsets, bend and install conduitIdentify types and sizes of wire, cable insulation and color code of multi-conductorIdentify electrical meters and instrumentsInstall ground lugsInstall lugs on 4/0 and larger cableRead wire/cable schedulesOther duties by trade and assigned by supervisorQualifications:Four (4) years minimum heavy industrial field experience as an Electrician.Maintain a current State Electrical license where required.Completion of welding certification(s) required by company and/or client.Must have locking tool box and tools necessary to perform the job.Must be able to successfully complete all required pre-hire requirements.Physical/Site Requirements:Lift and carry heavy items weighing up to 45 pounds.Move in and around confined and cluttered places, and uneven areas.
