Director of MarketingWe are seeking a Director of Marketing to lead strategy, execution, and performance across a growing, multi-location professional services organization. This role is responsible for building a thoughtful, data driven marketing function that supports client acquisition, revenue growth, and brand credibility as the organization expands into new markets.This is a hands-on leadership role for a marketer who is both strategic and revenue minded. Someone who understands that lead volume alone is not success and who can tie marketing activity directly to measurable business outcomes.The Director of Marketing will partner closely with senior leadership, manage and develop a Marketing Manager, and own marketing strategy, planning, analytics, and budget oversight.Key ResponsibilitiesMarketing Strategy and GrowthOwn end to end marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels with a focus on qualified lead generation and revenue impactDevelop and execute go-to-market strategies for new office launches and geographic expansionIdentify opportunities beyond referral only growth, including lifecycle marketing, client engagement, and demand generationLead competitive research, market analysis, and positioning for current and future marketsEnsure marketing efforts clearly articulate services, value, and impact in a professional, credible, and consistent toneLeadership and Team DevelopmentManage and mentor a Marketing Manager, providing structure, guidance, and professional developmentCreate scalable marketing processes, workflows, and best practicesServe as the primary marketing leader, owning strategy, priorities, and execution rather than acting solely as an individual contributorAnalytics, ROI, and PerformanceOwn marketing analytics, dashboards, and reporting across channelsTrack leads through the funnel from first touch to signed contract using CRM and case management systemsEvaluate campaign performance with a clear focus on ROI, revenue contribution, and pipeline impactContinuously optimize spend, channels, and tactics based on data and real business resultsBudget and Channel ManagementBuild and manage the marketing budget, allocating spend based on performance and growth prioritiesOversee digital marketing efforts including paid search, website content, email marketing, and SEO partnershipsEvaluate and recommend new channels, tools, and tactics aligned with brand and audience expectationsCollaborate with external partners as needed while maintaining internal ownership of strategyBrand and MessagingEnsure a polished, professional brand presence across all marketing communicationsLead storytelling efforts that highlight expertise, service outcomes, and team-based value.Maintain a thoughtful, empathetic, and mission aligned approach to messaging across all touchpoints.QualificationsEight or more years of progressive marketing experience, including leadership responsibilityB2C experience preferred ideally with multi-unit or multi-location expsoureProven success driving revenue linked marketing outcomes, not just lead volumeStrong understanding of demand generation, lifecycle marketing, and attributionComfort working closely with executive leadership and owning strategic initiativesHighly analytical with the ability to translate data into clear recommendationsExperience managing marketing budgets and demonstrating ROIProficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, and CRM type systems“Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/DisabledTo read our Candidate Privacy Information Statement, which explains how we will use your information, please navigate to https://www.lhh.com/us/en/candidate-privacyThe Company will consider qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records in accordance with federal, state, and local laws and/or security clearance requirements”
