Coverage Needed ASAP - Ongoing Local candidate is ideal but, not required Schedule Weekday shift: 8a-5p (clinic and surgery days) Weeknight Pager call: 5p-8a Weekend call: Fri 5p " Mon 8a Clinical Details General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults. Expect median productivity. Group will work with the locum physician on call expectations- prefer as much call coverage as possible, open to multiple candidates. Patient admits and rounding 2 full days perweek in office 8-5; 2 days in surgery; day flex Avg Clinic Patients Per Day: 20 Typical Call Shift: Most are phone consults and cases done in OR next day Requirements Active IL license DEA Required Board Certified, Board Eligible (within 12 months of residency) General GI- care of acute and chronic GI conditions, new patient access, endoscopies, hospital consults BLS, ACLS " no additional certs for GI EMR EPIC
