Each of our affiliate businesses upholds a strong reputation within their local market, ensuring exceptional service and expertise.Position Overview: Certified Collision Group (CCG) is seeking an experienced Data Engineer to design, develop, and optimize scalable data solutions. The ideal candidate will bring 6–8 years of overall data engineering experience, including strong expertise in Azure Cloud Services, SQL, and ETL processes. Key responsibilities: Develop, enhance, and maintain ETL pipelines. Design and implement data models and data warehousing solutions. Optimize SQL queries and perform performance tuning on large and complex datasets. Support analytics and reporting needs. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Technical Skills Required Azure Data Factory (ADF): Building, orchestrating, and monitoring data pipelines. RDBMS: Writing complex queries, views, stored procedures, and performance optimization. ETL & Data Transformation: Experience handling large-scale datasets. Power BI or other data visualization tools: Designing, developing, and maintaining dashboards and semantic models to deliver actionable insights and support business decision-making. Scripting: Proficiency in Python or similar scripting language preferred. Additional Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or a related field. Microsoft Azure certification preferred. Industry experience in Automotive Aftermarket is a plus. Strong business-oriented communicator and problem solver with a high sense of ownership, able to translate complex data challenges into scalable solutions while collaborating cross functionally and prioritizing high-impact work.Working Conditions:This position is remote-based and may require limited travel. The role involves frequent interaction with staff, management, and external contacts. Standard business hours apply, though some flexibility may be required to support organizational needs.
