We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Audio Video (AV) Project Manager. The Project Manager is responsible for leading and managing the successful execution of AV integration projects in the commercial and luxury home environments, such as corporate offices, education facilities, hospitality venues, healthcare, and manufacturing institutions. This role bridges the gap between client expectations, design specifications, and field implementation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. The Project Manager collaborates closely with a dedicated internal team, including Account Executives, Project Administrators, Project Supervisors, and a highly skilled installation team.Required QualificationsAdvanced skills in interpreting blueprints and specifications.Proficiency in project management software (MS Project, Smartsheet) and the Microsoft Office Suite, Google SitesStrong math and communication skills, both verbal and writtenAbility to manage multiple projects and teams simultaneously.Preferred Qualifications:Strong knowledge of commercial AV systems, including video conferencing, control systems, audio distribution, displays, and networked AV.Project management experience in AV or construction-related fieldsCTS, or AVIXA certification.Experience with systems from Crestron, QSC, QSYS, Shure, and/or similar manufacturers.Familiarity with construction and safety standards.Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
