If there is alignment now or in the near future, we reach out.The OpportunityWe partner with manufacturers across Cadillac seeking Industrial Electricians who want more than a lateral move. These companies hire intentionally, and we connect them with professionals ready for roles that fit.Key ResponsibilitiesInstalls, maintains, and repairs electrical systems, equipment, and components.Troubleshoots and diagnoses electrical problems using various testing devices.Performs preventative maintenance on electrical systems and equipment.Reads and interprets blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.Adheres to all safety regulations and company policies.Calibrates and tests electrical control systems and instrumentation.Recommended QualificationsJourneyman Electrician certification or equivalent.Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.Experience with PLCs, VFDs, and motor control systems.Strong troubleshooting skills for complex electrical systems and machinery.Ability to work with voltages up to 480V and perform Lockout/Tagout procedures.Knowledge of NEC and local electrical codes.Bonus QualificationsExperience with robotics and automated manufacturing systems.PLC programming proficiency beyond basic troubleshooting (e.g., ladder logic development, HMI integration).Arc flash safety training and experience implementing lockout/tagout procedures.Certification in a specialized electrical field (e.g., thermography, power quality analysis).Experience with vision systems for quality control and process automation.Job Titles That Should ApplyIndustrial Electrician, Maintenance Electrician, Electrical Technician, PLC Electrician, Automation Electrician, Control Panel Builder, Electrical Fitter, Field Electrician, Journeyman Electrician, Master ElectricianWhy The Pivot Group NetworkThe Pivot Group Network was founded by manufacturing professionals who've been on both sides of the hiring process.
