Central States Industrial (CSI) seeks a detail-oriented Learning Systems Specialist to manage and optimize our LMS, analytics, and reporting. You will serve as the primary administrator and SME for learning technology, partnering with the Employee Development Manager to ensure education supports growth and performance.
You will configure learning paths, onboarding, dashboards, and resources, and develop meaningful dashboards using Power BI and Excel.
