Speech Language Pathologist (Pediatric) – Bellevue Clinic
Job Summary
SPARC Health is seeking a compassionate and motivated Speech Language Pathologist to join our pediatric team at our Bellevue location. This role may be part-time or full-time and offers a flexible caseload that can include clinic-based therapy as well as optional school or community partner services depending on clinician preference and scheduling.

Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for pediatric patients.
Develop individualized treatment plans aligned with functional communication goals.
Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy interventions.
Collaborate with families, educators, and interdisciplinary providers.
Support occasional school or community-based services when applicable.
Monitor progress and adjust therapy plans as needed.
Educate caregivers on home carryover strategies.
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
Participate in a collaborative and supportive team culture.
Requirements
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
Active Washington State SLP license or eligibility.
Pediatric experience preferred; ASD experience strongly valued.
Knowledge of early intervention and child development principles.
Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills.
Additional Details
Position may involve collaboration across SPARC Health’s Bellevue and Bothell locations and occasional local travel.
