Strivector's premier client (a well-known market leader in their space) is hiring for the following full-time direct hire position.Position OverviewAs a NextJS Developer your roles and responsibilities will include:Work with a growing team that puts culture and values first and foremostWork under our lead front-end developer to create case-specific frontend experiences for eCommerce and Internal Business projectsHelp plan and execute B2B eCommerce features using new technologies to help us continue to be a leader in the HVAC digital spaceHelp improve our Magento eCommerce experience for our customers and help with developing headless Magento Experiences.Develop internal tools for the business with the opportunity to develop software used across ~230 locations.QualificationsMost importantly, you need to be a passionate NextJS Developer who enjoys his work and is considered to be one of the best within your organization. The ideal NextJS Developer would be someone with deep experience in many (if not all) of the following:Experience developing sites / web-based applications using NextJS2+ years of demonstrated ability working with frontend frameworks like Angular, Vue.js, Knockout.js, and React.Strong customer-facing UI/UX design skillsExperience with Git Version Control software and platforms such as Github, Gitlab, or Bitbucket.Ability to build reusable React/Next component library and also implement components from external sources.Proficiency in SQL/MySQL and using relational databasesExperience with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Photoshop and Adobe XD.Experience with wire-framing and prototyping feature designs before executing development.Familiarity with object-oriented principles and design patternsExtensive working experience with frontend development technologies including HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript (ES6) OOP, NodeJS, JQuery, JSON, AJAX, XML, SOAP, WSDL and responsive design principlesFamiliarity with REST and GraphQL APIs and Service Oriented Architecture conceptsExperience with implementing both Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.Strong Debugging and Troubleshooting Skills.Knowledge of SEO best practices and ADA compliance techniquesKnowledge of Agile Scrum DevelopmentDriven to work with new techniques and technologies in the B2B eCommerce space.We understand that even if you are a seasoned NextJS Developer, you may not have all the skills listed here.
