Security Officer Lobby Desk

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.; Monitor lobby and front desk activity, greet incoming guests, verify identification and/or visitor information, and assist with sign-in processes according to property policies.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency personnel when appropriate.; Answer questions, provide directions, receive deliveries, and support daily front desk operations while helping to deter unauthorized access through attentive observation and consistent application of security-related procedures.; Document routine activities, visitor interactions, and incident details in required logs and reports, and report maintenance concerns and/or security-related issues to the appropriate contacts.
